NOTE:

1. Check out time will be 24hrs from the time of check in.
2. Meals will be available only on advance booking with the Reception Desk –  (Ph.0416-2284720)
3. Please inform at the earliest if you wish to cancel the accommodation booking, so that the room/s may be made available to other alumni.
4.  Extension of room stay cannot be guaranteed and will depend on availability with preference given to prior booking.
5. Rooms cannot be booked in the Alumni House for candidates at the time of any Selection Process.
6. Room occupancy is restricted to 2 persons, except for the Family Room which can accomodate 3 persons.
7. Please book room/s early to ensure availability.
8. For non-alumni guest/visitor, rooms can be booked only through the Directorate (dir.evo@cmcvellore.ac.in) {Exception for alumni’s parents, spouse and children only.}
9. Rooms in other guest houses (Big Bungalow, Big Bungalow Annexe, and HaukelandHouse) can be booked only through the Directorate (dir.evo@cmcvellore.ac.in)
10. Medical Alumni are eligible for a 20% concession for accommodation only in the Alumni House. This concession is only applicable for rooms occupied by the Alumni.  Alumni House Rate: Rs.1400/- per day (exclusive of 20% concession).

This is only a request for room booking in the Alumni House. You will receive an email once the room booking has been confirmed.
